Shipping Information

Return and Exchange Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Only items purchased directly from itsdinn.com and found to have manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent are eligible for a return or refund.
  • To process a return, you must record an unboxing video at the time of receiving your package as proof of the product’s condition.
  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, or alterations are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale items and final clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2.Order Cancellation

  • We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined with another order.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issues, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order, we cannot accommodate any exchange requests made after this time frame.
  • The item must be sent back in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Both return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4.Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team.
  • Items without an unboxing video as proof of condition upon delivery.
  • Items damaged by general wear and tear or alterations.

5.Return Process

  • If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item :
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 3 days of receipt.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, photos and/or the unboxing video.
  • Once we confirm the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your replacement, exchange, or refund (where applicable).

6. Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges without prior communication and approval may be refused.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Please ensure your return package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
